Nicola Sturgeon is one of the keynote speakers at an oil and gas conference in Aberdeen today.  The First Minister and the chief executive of the new Oil and Gas Authority will talk to delegates at the AECC conference.  Experts have warned that the oil industry is close to collapse due to plunging oil prices making production unsustainable.
