Aberdeen Press Conference

After defeating FK Ventspils of Latvia in the UEFA Europa League Second Qualifying Round, The Dons will now face NK Maribor in the next round.  This is the third consecutive year that the Dons have made it through to UEFA Europa League Third Qualifying Round.

Aberdeen failed to capitalise and take the chance to go top of the Scottish Premiership for the second time in five days after a 0-0 draw at Pittodrie. Victory would have seen the Dons leapfrog leaders Celtic, but they failed to take advantage as they were held by a hard working Partick side.
